Träullit Roof Element is a load-bearing roof construction with Träullit wood wool panels, additional insulation, and waterproofing with sheet metal, roof tiles, or sedum. The roof elements are reinforced with round timber for a greater carrying capacity. The product offers excellent sound absorption, making it a very time and cost-efficient option since an integrated acoustic solution is provided in conjunction with the installation of the roof construction.

Integrated sound-absorption
Träullit Roof Element offers excellent sound absorption, making it a very time and cost-efficient option since an integrated acoustic solution is provided in conjunction with the installation of the roof construction. Träullit Roof Element creates a restful acoustic atmosphere without requiring additional installing of sound insulation or acoustic panels. The product has a porous and airy surface structure that can be painted repeatedly without impeding its sound-absorbing attributes.

Träullit Roof Element is, with its open surface structure, exceptional in balancing the relative humidity in the ambient air. The mineral bonded wood wool has the inherent ability to absorb moisture in the air without condensation. Normal och Special load-carrying capacities
Träullit Roof Element is available in two options, Normal and Special, with different maximum load-carrying capacities. The normal option has a loading occupancy, regardless of roofing, of 2,6 kN/m² of evenly distributed load. It handles snow load zone 3 and form factor <0,9. The special option is more heavily reinforced and offers up to twice the load-carrying capacity of Roof Element Normal, with a loading occupancy of 5,3 kN/m².
Träullit Roof Element meets the load-carrying requirements of BBR and BKR. It is type-approved in accordance with 3173/79 and is fall-through tested.
