Range of uses
Träullit Roof Components are load-bearing components made from round timber reinforced wood wool boards. Used primarily in public buildings such as schools, day-care centres, libraries, gymnasiums, swimming baths, riding stables, etc. Also in industries and other large span buildings with demands for aesthetics and sound absorption.
Properties
Roof structures with load-bearing Träullit Roof Components and supplementary thermal insulation has been used successfully for 40 years.
The most important characteristics are:
- Sound absorption without retrofitting
- Thermal insulating
- Thermally inert
- Fire resistant
- Withstands aggressive environments and damp
Träullit Roof Components are a natural building material with high requirements on aesthetics, while a comfortable indoor environment and long life are demanded.
Träullit Roof Components are round timber reinforced 150 mm cement-bonded wood wool boards. Each reinforcing rod is test loaded to ensure that the requirements of the prescribed loads are met.
